1: Menstrual Regulating Herbal Soup

1: 60g each of black chicken and herb, 5g each of green onion and star anise, appropriate amounts of vegetable oil, refined salt, sugar and cooking wine. Wash the black chicken and herb, and cut the black chicken into 2 cm cubes. Put the menstrual regulating grass and star anise into a gauze bag. Add 10 ml of vegetable oil into the wok, put in the pork cubes after the oil is hot, stir-fry until the water vapor dissipates, then add 1000 ml of water, put in the green onion, salt, sugar, cooking wine and gauze bag, and after the soup boils, switch to low heat and cook for another 90 minutes. 1: 60g of motherwort (30g of dried product), 50g of polished rice, and appropriate amount of brown sugar. First, boil the motherwort juice and remove the residue, then cook it with rice and brown sugar into a thin porridge. Start taking it 3-5 days before menstruation, take it with warm water, 1-2 times a day. This porridge can promote blood circulation, remove blood stasis, regulate qi and unblock menstruation. It is suitable for dysmenorrhea caused by qi and blood stasis, irregular menstruation, and postpartum lochia.

Three: Black Bean Eggnog Soup

1: 50g black beans, 2 eggs, 120ml rice wine. Wash the black beans and eggs, put them in a pot, add appropriate amount of water, simmer until the eggs are cooked, then take out, peel them, put them back into the pot, and cook for a while. Add rice wine when taking. Eat eggs and drink soup. Twice a day. This soup regulates the stomach, relieves gas and relieves pain. Suitable for dysmenorrhea caused by deficiency of both qi and blood.

Four: Ginger, jujube and pepper soup

1: 24 grams of ginger, 30 grams of red dates, and 9 grams of peppercorns. 5. Angelica Blood-Replenishing Tea

1: 10g each of Chinese Angelica and Rehmannia glutinosa, 30g of red dates. Put the above medicines into a casserole, add water and boil to obtain the juice. Drink it instead of tea at any time, 1 dose per day. This tea can nourish and replenish blood. It is suitable for symptoms such as physical weakness, sallow complexion, and irregular menstruation in women caused by Yin-blood deficiency.

6. Glutinous Rice and Donkey-hide Gelatin Porridge

1: 30g donkey-hide gelatin, 100g glutinous rice, and appropriate amount of brown sugar. First cook the glutinous rice into porridge. When the porridge is almost cooked, add the crushed donkey-hide gelatin, stir while cooking, and add brown sugar after boiling. Take twice a day, 3 days as a course of treatment. Take intermittently. This porridge nourishes blood, stops bleeding, nourishes yin, replenishes deficiency, stabilizes the fetus, and benefits the lungs. It is suitable for blood deficiency, bloody stool, menorrhagia, metrorrhagia, fetal movement disorder, and fetal leakage in pregnant women. Note that continuous use may cause chest tightness and stuffiness. Therefore, it is advisable to take the bladder intermittently. People with weak spleen and stomach should not use it too much.

7: Three-flower menstrual regulation tea

1: 9 grams each of rose and Chinese rose, 3 grams of safflower. Grind the above 3 herbs into coarse powder and soak them in boiling water for 10 minutes. Take 1 dose daily, warm and drink at any time, for several days in a row, preferably a few days before menstruation. This tea promotes blood circulation, regulates menstruation, regulates qi and relieves pain. It is suitable for dysmenorrhea caused by qi stagnation and blood stasis, scanty menstruation, abdominal distension and pain, amenorrhea, etc.
