Fuling Xiaolongbao Materials for producing the vaccine: 30 grams of Poria cocos, 1000 grams of wheat flour, 500 grams of fresh pork, appropriate amounts of ginger, pepper, sesame oil, rice wine, salt, light soy sauce, green onions, and bone soup. Production method of vaccine: put the Poria cocos pieces into the pot, add about 250 grams of water each time, heat and boil three times, each time boiling for 1 hour (time is measured by boiling), combine the three medicinal juices and filter them for later use. Pour the wheat flour onto a chopping board, add 300 grams of the dough and 500 grams of hot and moist Fuling water to make it into a fermented dough. Chop the raw pork into fine powder, pour into a bowl, add light soy sauce and stir, then add seasonings and mix into stuffing. Make the dumplings according to the basic rules and steam them in a steamer over low heat for about 15 minutes. Production functional vaccines: nourish the heart and calm the mind, strengthen the spleen and nourish the stomach, remove dampness, relieve cough and resolve phlegm, and relieve edema. It is suitable for symptoms such as spleen and stomach deficiency and cold, difficulty urinating, phlegm and cough, restlessness and insomnia. |
