There is a tendon on the penis

There are many reasons for this condition, which may be foreign objects in the vein, stones or compression of the vein wall. Treatment should be based on different causes. If the venous wall is compressed, surgery is required to relieve the pressure on the venous wall. If there is a foreign body or stone in the vein, it is more difficult to treat and requires penile venography for diagnosis before appropriate surgery can be performed. There is no other drug treatment except surgery. If varicose veins appear not only in the penis but also in the scrotum and lower limbs, then it is necessary to consider that the veins in the lower limbs are also blocked or obstructed, and surgical treatment is also required.

Sclerosing lymphangitis of the penis

It is a disease in which the lymphatic fibrosis of the penis proliferates, presenting as sclerosis and hypertrophy. The cause of the disease is still unclear, but factors such as viral infection, trauma, and local mechanical stimulation may all lead to the disease. This disease is more common in young and middle-aged people aged 20 to 40. The most common site of occurrence is the coronal sulcus, followed by the back of the penis. Typical skin lesions are curved, raised cords that resemble earthworms, about 2 cm to 3.5 cm long, with a shiny purple surface, translucent, slightly hard like cartilage, and can slide without adhesion to the surface skin; there are generally no conscious symptoms or mild pain.
