2. Lift the heels and shake the feet: When lifting the heels, grip the ground with five toes, keep the legs together, pull up the anus and contract the abdomen, sink the shoulders, straighten the neck and spine, and lift the head; when shaking the feet down, relax the body, lightly bite your teeth, slowly fall halfway, and then lightly shake the ground. Raising the heels can stretch the bladder meridian and kidney meridians in the waist, back and legs, and lightly shaking the ground can also stimulate the internal organs.

3. Walk on your heels: Take big steps, land on your heels first, and don't bend your knees. When you step forward, straighten your toes as if you are kicking a ball; when your front foot lands, stand on tiptoe of your back foot. Landing on the heels first actually stimulates the "kidney meridian" acupoints. Walking in this way regularly can effectively prevent and treat osteoporosis.

4. Massage the kidney points: Sit on the edge of the bed with your legs together, clench your fists with your palms empty, and press them on your back, massaging the kidney points on the back and waist up and down until you feel warmth. This method can not only relieve fatigue, but also replenish energy, replenish kidney qi, and strengthen the body in a short period of time.

5. Sanyuan Style Standing: Stand with your feet apart, shoulder-width apart, and clasp your hands from both sides of your body in front of your abdomen, at the same height as your navel, with your arms in a circle; at the same time, bend your knees slightly, lower your center of gravity, and open your knees slightly to the sides. The back is slightly arched, the chest should be contained, the back should be straightened, the waist and back should be slightly arched backwards, and the Mingmen acupoint should be opened. In this way, the front, back, left, right, top and bottom are all round, and the whole person looks very rounded. This is a basic standing posture method for replenishing vital energy. Doing it regularly can replenish kidney energy and strengthen muscles and bones.

6. Soak your feet in hot water: The most suitable time to soak your feet is from 7 to 9 pm every night. This is the time when the kidney meridian's qi and blood are at their weakest. Soaking your feet and massaging at this time can improve blood circulation throughout the body and achieve the purpose of nourishing the kidneys and liver. A wooden basin is the best container for foot soaking. The water for foot soaking should not be too hot, around 40℃ is appropriate. The foot soaking time should not be too long, 15 to 30 minutes is appropriate.

7. Deep breathing: When taking deep breaths, choose an environment with fresh air and try to breathe in through your nose. Keep your breathing soft, slow, even and deep. Do 6 deep breaths in a set. Then calm down, adjust, and repeat the cycle again. Exercise therapy only plays an auxiliary role and cannot replace medication.
