1. Adverse Reactions

1. Pain at the injection site. 2. Skin itching, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, asthma, tinnitus, lower limb edema, stomach burning sensation, indigestion, stomach pain or discomfort, constipation, dizziness, drowsiness, headache, nausea and vomiting, etc. 3. Gastrointestinal bleeding, kidney damage (allergic nephritis, kidney disease, renal papillary necrosis and renal failure, etc.), urticaria, allergic rash, depression, muscle weakness, bleeding or granulocytopenia and liver damage are less common.

2. Precautions

1. Cross allergy. People who are allergic to aspirin or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs are also allergic to this product. 2. This product should not be used in combination with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. 3. Interference with diagnosis: It may affect the determination of urinary 5-hydroxyindoleacetic acid (5-HIAA) and 17-ketosteroids. 4. It should be used with caution in the following situations: when there is coagulation mechanism or platelet dysfunction, asthma, hypertension, heart failure, liver and kidney failure, gastrointestinal bleeding or active peptic ulcer. 5. Long-term medication should be followed up regularly with liver and kidney function, blood count and ophthalmology examinations. The dosage should be adjusted based on the patient's response to the drug; generally the lowest effective dose should be used.

3. Use of the drug in pregnant and lactating women

1. There is insufficient research on the effect of this product on the fetus. Since other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs can cause premature closure of the fetal ductus arteriosus and can inhibit prostaglandin synthesis, leading to prolonged labor, it should not be used by pregnant women unless necessary. 2. The concentration of this product secreted into breast milk is equivalent to 1% of the blood drug concentration. It is not suitable for lactating women.

IV. Drug Interactions

1. When drinking alcohol or taking it with other anti-inflammatory drugs, gastrointestinal adverse reactions increase and there is a risk of ulcers. 2. When used together with anticoagulants such as heparin and dicoumarol, bleeding time may be prolonged, bleeding tendency may occur, and there is a possibility of causing peptic ulcer. 3. This product can reduce the sodium excretion and antihypertensive effects of furosemide. 4. This product can inhibit the excretion of lithium in urine and increase the blood concentration of lithium. 5. When used together with probenecid, the blood concentration of this product increases and t1/2 is prolonged. It can increase the efficacy, but the toxicity will also increase accordingly.
