What causes bloating, dizziness and weakness?

Bloating may cause dizziness and fatigue. Bloating means that your digestive ability has declined to a certain extent in recent times. Dizziness and fatigue mean that you have been lacking in energy recently. Generally speaking, this happens because you have been too tired recently and have not paid attention to rest and replenishing the corresponding nutrition. Therefore, in summary, it is best to take good care of your body during this period of time.

1. People with weak bodies must learn to calculate for their bodies every day. The body's income (source of energy) is only breathing fresh air, eating every meal well, and getting enough sleep. Our daily work, study, life, exercise, and massage are all consuming the energy we replenish every day. People with a good body will not get sick immediately when the body's expenditure is greater than the income, and will not immediately cause obvious physical discomfort. However, people with weak bodies or those who are already seriously ill have no reserves. Once the expenditure is greater than the income, the body will soon feel tired and uncomfortable. Therefore, you must learn to calculate the daily diet, sleep, work, study, exercise, etc. carefully. For example, whether to eat more meat or more vegetables depends on today's expenditure. If the workload is heavy, you can eat meat. If your life is relatively leisurely and you are afraid of indigestion, you can eat lighter food. If people with weak bodies also insist on exercising and massaging every day, then the daily energy must be replenished, and you must eat more easily digestible meat so that the body does not consume more than the expenditure.

Protecting the gastrointestinal tract is the key to whether the body can get better and recover. Try to do the following:

a. Foods that are too hard, too hot, too cold, too spicy, too sticky, or fried are not only easy to damage the gastrointestinal tract, but also easy to increase the workload of the gastrointestinal tract. Try not to eat them.

b. Eating regularly at regular times and in regular amounts can protect the gastrointestinal tract. Skipping one meal and then eating another can also harm the gastrointestinal tract. People who are weak or seriously ill can eat 4-5 meals a day, but only half a bowl each time. This will not increase the burden on the gastrointestinal tract and will be more conducive to the digestion and absorption of food.

c. The weaker a person is, the simpler and more monotonous the food he eats should be. Think about the period of material scarcity in the 1950s and 1960s. People's physical fitness at that time was much stronger than that of people today; think about Western countries. The types of food and cooking methods are more monotonous than those in China, but people there are very strong; think about the centenarians around you. Their diet is also very simple. This is because, when you eat food that is suitable for your body for a long time, your stomach and intestines will get used to it and will feel very comfortable and easy to digest. Naturally, you will be healthy and less likely to get sick.

The quality of nutrition does not depend on the number of varieties. The more varieties you eat, the more nutritious it is not the case. If the food keeps changing, your weak stomach and intestines will have to constantly adjust and adapt, which will increase the burden on your stomach and intestines. Our basic food is rice, noodles, vegetables, meat, fish, shrimp and eggs. As long as we find the food that suits us, eat it all year round, and then make appropriate adjustments according to seasonal changes, we can have the effect of regulating our body. This is the essence of diet therapy.

I wish people with weak bodies to have a simple, monotonous diet. For example, the best breakfast is black rice porridge, which is then mashed and added with 1-2 eggs, then boiled in a pot. Lunch and dinner are staple foods plus meat and vegetables, mainly beef, pork, chicken, potatoes, bok choy, Chinese cabbage, and cabbage. You can eat shrimps 1-2 times a week and eels 1-2 times. Just eat these dishes in different ways and try to stew them until they are well-developed to facilitate gastrointestinal digestion and absorption. These foods are not easy to cause indigestion, and they are not cold or gas-purging foods. It can be said that eating them frequently or for a long time will not cause various discomforts in the body. They are relatively safe foods for people with weak bodies or serious illnesses.

d. The gastrointestinal tract likes you to chew slowly and likes the food you eat to be small, well-rotted and soft, because this can reduce their burden. For people who are weak or seriously ill, it is best to cook the above-mentioned foods such as beef, pork, chicken, potatoes, bok choy, Chinese cabbage, and lettuce, put them into a blender together with the staple food, and then add water to grind them together and eat them. This not only reduces the burden on the gastrointestinal tract, but the paste-like food can nourish the gastrointestinal tract. It is also the fastest way to replenish blood.

e. For people with extremely weak gastrointestinal function or severe stomach and intestinal diseases, it is best to beat an egg in a bowl on an empty stomach every morning, stir it thoroughly and set it aside, add 2 slices of ginger + 8 red dates (cut), add water, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer for 15 minutes, use boiling water to rinse the eggs, drink the rinsed egg puree while it is warm, which can warm the stomach and intestines, remove gastrointestinal cold, repair damaged gastrointestinal mucosa, and stimulate appetite. After a week, change to using 1 slice of ginger + 8 red dates to boil water and rinse the eggs, and you can keep eating it all year round.
