Our skin is a very delicate area. Some people have allergic skin, which not only affects their appearance but also causes great psychological harm. There are many channels for allergies, such as: dust allergy, ultraviolet allergy, metal allergy, peanut allergy, pollen allergy, seafood allergy and many other channels. Dust allergy is caused by inhalation of dust into the body through the nose. Symptoms such as itchy nose and itchy skin will occur. Dust can be classified according to many characteristics. In air pollution control, dust particles in the atmosphere can be divided into: 1. Dust refers to solid particles with a diameter of less than 10 μm in the atmosphere. It can remain in the atmosphere for a long time. Microcomputer laser dust instrument floating in the dust, sometimes also called suspended dust. 2. Dust fall refers to solid particles in the atmosphere with a particle size greater than 10 μm. Under the action of gravity, they can settle to the ground in a relatively short period of time. 3. Total suspended particulate matter refers to all solid particles in the atmosphere with a particle size less than 100 μm. Also known as total suspended particulate matter, abbreviated as TSP. Dust Allergy Prevention Measures Avoid staying outdoors for long periods of time: Try to spend as little time outdoors as possible during the day, especially during times of the day when the pollen index is high, such as in the evening on sunny days. When doing outdoor activities and various sports, try to choose times when the pollen index is lowest, such as early morning, late at night, or after a shower. Wear glasses: Wearing glasses can reduce the chance of your eyes being affected, so try replacing contact lenses with glasses with lenses, or wear sunglasses when you go out. Change your clothes: If you're outside when the pollen index is high, remember to change into clean clothes when you return. Close doors and windows: Keep doors and windows closed during the day to prevent pollen from flying in. Avoid allergy season: If possible, avoid it by scheduling your vacation to coincide with your hay fever season. You might consider a vacation to the seaside, as sea breezes will make the air almost pollen-free, or you can consider choosing a vacation in a country where there are no triggers that may cause your allergies. Do not hang clothes outdoors. Dry clothes indoors as much as possible (using a dryer is better). Do not hang clothes outdoors, otherwise clothes, quilts, sheets, etc. will easily be contaminated with pollen. Install a car filter: Consider buying an in-car air filter. If you are considering buying a new car, you might want to buy one that has a pollen filter as part of its air conditioning system. This small filter has become more and more common. It is not only equipped in luxury cars, but also installed in many small cars. Avoid pollutants: Avoid anything that makes your symptoms worse, such as dust and road odors. |
