So how to do foot massage of thyroid nodules?

Massaging the thyroid reflex area on the soles of the feet can help lose weight (for obese people who eat too much). The thyroid gland is responsible for regulating your metabolic rate. Massaging this reflex area can promote the body's digestion and metabolic rate, and help lose weight. It is recommended to massage the thyroid reflex area of both feet for about two minutes every day. It is not suitable to do it when you are too hungry or too full. After completion, drink a glass of water to help excrete waste and toxins. Doctors can provide physical treatment to patients by massaging the reflex zones on the soles of the feet.

Foot massage treatment course: 30 to 40 minutes each time, once a day, 10 to 15 days as a course of treatment.

Pathological reflex areas:

Thyroid, parathyroid, kidney, ureter, bladder, lung, pituitary, adrenal gland, reproductive spleen, lymph nodes, etc.

Massage method: 1. Use the thumb tip to push and press the thyroid reflex area 50 times.

2. Use the index finger throwing and clasping fist technique to press the parathyroid gland, kidney, and bladder reflex areas 50 times each in turn, with a force that is enough to cause local abdominal pain.

4. Use the index finger fist method to press the pituitary gland, adrenal glands, gonads, cervical lymph nodes, chest lymph nodes, lower body lymph nodes, stomach, liver, and eye reflex areas 50 times each.

Thyroid disease belongs to goiter in traditional Chinese medicine. It is caused by emotional discomfort, the six evils, improper water and soil, which lead to abnormal balance of yin and yang, qi, blood and body fluids in the body, resulting in local pathological changes, causing qi stagnation, phlegm stagnation or qi and blood stagnation in the neck. Thyroid diseases are closely related to several meridians, such as the Ren Meridian, the Yangming Meridians of the Hands and Foots, and the Shaoyang Meridians of the Hands and Foots. To treat thyroid diseases, you mainly need to massage some acupoints on these meridians, and at the same time massage the thyroid reflex area on the soles of the feet.

The specific operation method of acupoint massage is: press the tip of the thumb (or index finger, middle finger) on the acupoint, and rub and press with the fingers in a clockwise or counterclockwise direction. Press and knead each acupoint 100-200 times, applying a certain amount of force with your fingers. It is best to massage twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, and persist in doing so.
