The effect of salt water on detoxification and bowel cleansing is very good, so how to detoxify through salt water?

1. The night before drinking salt water to cleanse the intestines, you must be prepared and eat a light meal. Then prepare the salt water to be used the next day before going to bed.

Salt water: Take a container, put in 3,000 milliliters of drinking water, and then sprinkle in two teaspoons of table salt, about 15 grams. It should not be too bland or too salty. The former has no effect, and the latter will cause physical discomfort. Then shake the salt water slightly and keep it for later use, and you can have a peaceful sleep.

2. Get up at 6 o'clock, because this period is the best time for detoxification. Boil a pot of water, about 600 ml. Pour in the brine prepared last night and shake well. Then pour out 200 ml and drink it. When drinking salt water, drink it in big gulps, don't take small sips slowly to taste it. Because this can help it reach the intestines faster and stimulate intestinal peristalsis. At the same time, don't be idle at this time. Do some simple exercises, such as yoga, or simply walk back and forth or massage your abdomen to promote metabolism in the body.

3. After exercise, proceed to the second bowel cleansing, also with about 200 ml of salt water. Next, as before, drink a glass of salt water every fifteen minutes or so until you finish it all. During this process, you will probably feel like defecating. This is because the salt water helps clean out the waste in the intestines, and the fat is also excreted unconsciously.

When drinking salt water, if you feel uncomfortable or unable to swallow, or even feel like vomiting, you should take a proper rest and do not force it. Generally, you will feel very hungry after completing bowel cleansing. You can eat something light, but avoid high-calorie foods.
