How to remove old scars?

How to remove old scars?

In our daily lives, we are bound to encounter many bumps and bruises, which are difficult to avoid, especially when riding electric bikes or bicycles in winter. The road is too slippery and it is easy to fall, or be scratched by glass. These phenomena will cause scars on various parts of the body. Because we didn’t pay much attention at the time, we later found that scars were left. What method can be used to remove these old scars?

(1) Massage

Rub the scar with the base of your palm, three times a day, each time for 5-10 minutes. This method is most effective for wounds that have just shed scabs, but is less effective for old scars.

(ii) Ginger rubbing method

Gently rubbing the scar with sliced ginger can inhibit the further growth of granulation tissue.

(III) Vitamin E application method

Vitamin E can penetrate into the skin to play its moisturizing effect. At the same time, vitamin E can also maintain skin elasticity. But you may not be familiar with the scar removal effect of vitamin E. Poke a hole in the vitamin E capsule with a needle, take out the liquid inside and apply it on the scar and gently massage for 5-10 minutes, twice a day. You will see better results if you persist.

(IV) Vitamin C smear method

Vitamin C has a whitening effect. Apply vitamin C to darker scars to whiten them and make them consistent with the tone of the surrounding healthy skin.

(V) Lavender essential oil application method

The beauty effects of lavender are always magical, and the effect of lavender essential oil in reducing scars is also widely recognized. However, lavender essential oil is not very effective for new scars or scars that are more than 8 years old. It is more effective for scars that are one to two years old. In addition, you should always be extremely careful when using essential oils. When applying essential oils to scars, be sure not to affect the skin without scars.

Here are some more methods.

1. Cut the potatoes into thin slices and place them directly on the blemished skin. Remove and wash after 15 minutes.

It is usually used to treat acne caused by excessive oil, remove dead cells, and eliminate facial swelling. It is suitable for oily skin with acne.

2. 1 scallion or a few scallions (only the white part), one egg white, a spoonful of coix seed or flour, and a little water.

Chop the scallion into small pieces, add an egg, mix thoroughly, pour out the prepared liquid, add coix seed powder or flour and mix thoroughly, apply the prepared mask on the scar once a day, remember to use it at night, wash it off after 20-30 minutes, and then pat on toner.
