What medicine should I take for heart block

The heart plays an important role in our neural transmission. The so-called heart block refers to the inability of the heart to transmit signals to the next level in neural transmission. Many people cannot understand what this means. Our body is a chain reaction that is transmitted layer by layer. If it cannot be passed on, it means that other parts cannot receive the information from the heart and cannot react as they should, which leads to defects in our body functions. Therefore, if you have heart block, you should seek medical attention and take medication in time.

Heart block refers to an obstruction in the conduction process of the heart's excitation impulse along the conduction tissue, and the impulse may be partially or completely unable to pass. The mechanism of occurrence is the abnormal prolongation of the refractory period of myocardial electrophysiology, and the conduction block can be temporary, intermittent or permanent. Transient or intermittent conduction block can be caused indirectly by increased vagal nerve tone, or by the direct effects of disease or drugs on the myocardium; permanent conduction block, except in very rare cases due to congenital abnormalities, is the result of organic heart disease. Conduction block can occur in any part of the heart. Depending on the location of the conduction disorder, heart block can generally be divided into four categories: sinoatrial block, atrial block, atrioventricular block and intraventricular block.

Incomplete right bundle branch block can be seen in healthy people with no evidence of heart disease, so don't be alarmed. Patients with complete right bundle branch block do not necessarily have extensive myocardial damage. If it is not accompanied by other organic heart diseases, it is often of no significance. Common causes are rheumatic heart disease and congenital atrial septal defect. It can also be seen in cor pulmonale, coronary heart disease, cardiomyopathy, etc. Further internal medicine examination confirmed that you had no organic heart disease. Incomplete right bundle branch block is usually of no pathological significance. Since it has no pathological significance, a normal and healthy lifestyle will not have any impact on it.

When a part of the heart cannot conduct impulses normally, it is called heart block. Heart block may be caused indirectly by increased vagal tone or directly by the effects of disease or drugs on the myocardium. The conduction block may be temporary, intermittent or persistent. The first two indicate that there may be organic lesions in the heart, while the latter indicates that there is definitely heart disease.
