Stomachache, stomach gurgling, what's going on?

Stomachache, stomach gurgling, what's going on?

Stomach pain is a very common phenomenon, which is mostly caused by long-term irregular lifestyle, eating spicy and heavy-tasting foods, and not paying attention to one's own health. If this continues for a long time without timely prevention and treatment, the condition will be aggravated. But some people also experience gurgling sounds in their stomachs when they have stomachache. What is going on?

It is recommended to eat a light diet, eat three meals regularly and pay attention to the morning, eat more light and easily digestible food, and take Yuanhu pain-relieving dripping pills and Xiangsha Yangwei tablets, as well as omeprazole and metoclopramide. I wish you happiness and health.

Rub Nei Guan: Nei Guan acupoint is located in the middle of the wrist, about three horizontal fingers (the width of three fingers put together) away from the transverse wrist line, and the acupoint is located between the two tendons. Use your thumbs to massage and circle the area 36 times, alternating between your hands. When pain occurs, increase the number to 200 times.

Press Zusanli: Zusanli is located three inches below the edge of the knee (equivalent to the width of four fingers put together), between the tibia and fibula. Press the Zusanli point with the tips of your thumbs, 36 times at normal times. When it hurts, you can rub it about 200 times, with a slightly heavier pressure.

Massage the abdomen: Cross your hands, with the right hand on top and the left hand on the bottom for men; the left hand on top and the right hand on the bottom for women. With the navel as the center, rub the abdomen to draw the Tai Chi diagram, 36 circles clockwise and 36 circles counterclockwise. This method can relieve pain and bloating and increase appetite.

Regular and quantitative meals: that is, three meals a day are scheduled. When the specified time comes, no matter you are hungry or not, you should take the initiative to eat. Avoid being too hungry or too full, and keep the stomach active regularly. You should also eat moderate amounts at each meal.

Appropriate temperature: The temperature of food should be neither hot nor cold. Otherwise, food that is too hot or too cold will irritate the gastric mucosa after entering the stomach, which can easily cause stomach problems over time.

Chew slowly: Chew food thoroughly to make it as small as possible to reduce the workload of the stomach. The more you chew, the more saliva you secrete, which has a protective effect on the gastric mucosa.

The best time to drink water is in the morning when you wake up on an empty stomach and one hour before each meal. Drinking water immediately after a meal will dilute the gastric juice, and soaking rice in soup will also affect the digestion of food.

Appropriate supplementation of vitamin C: Vitamin C has a protective effect on the stomach. Maintaining a normal amount of vitamin C in gastric juice can effectively play the role of the stomach, protect the stomach and enhance the stomach's anti-cancer ability.
