Many people have never heard of vinegar and angelica sinensis. Vinegar and angelica sinensis is a combination of angelica sinensis and vinegar. The combination of angelica sinensis and vinegar makes the efficacy and function of vinegar and angelica sinensis more obvious. Wulingzhi can also relieve some blood stasis. Postpartum women can also eat Wulingzhi, which can promote blood circulation and stop bleeding. 1. Vinegar and Atractylodes macrocephala: Put the clean Atractylodes macrocephala in a pan and stir-fry it slightly, then spray it with rice vinegar and stir-fry until it is slightly dry. When the surface is slightly shiny, take it out and let it dry. If it is a block of linalool, it must be chopped into small pieces (use 1.5 pounds of vinegar for every 10 pounds). 2. Wulingzhi can promote blood circulation and disperse blood stasis, while charring it can stop bleeding. It is used for pain caused by blood stasis in the heart and abdomen, dysmenorrhea, amenorrhea caused by blood stasis, and abdominal pain caused by postpartum blood stasis; roasted charcoal is used to treat metrorrhagia; it is used externally to treat bruises, snake and insect bites. Wulingzhi is bitter, purgative, warming and unblocking, and can "unblock the Qi and meridians". "If the Qi and meridians are unblocked, there will be no pain." Therefore, "Bencao Jingshu" says that it "is necessary to treat symptoms such as blood stasis in the meridians, inability of Qi to flow, and stabbing pain." When used, it can be taken alone. For example, in "Jifeng Puji Fang" to treat sudden and unbearable heart pain, grind this product into powder and take with hot wine or vinegar soup. 3. Stir-fried Wulingzhi has the effect of stopping bleeding without the disadvantage of leaving blood stasis. It is especially effective in removing blood stasis and stopping bleeding for those with bleeding and blood stasis. It can be taken orally alone. For those who cannot stop uterine bleeding with other medicines, fry Wulingzhi until the smoke is gone and grind it into powder. Mix it with warm wine and drink it. It can “get rid of the old and create the new”, such as the Wulingzhi powder in “Good Prescriptions for Women”. This recipe can also treat intestinal bleeding. If you cannot drink alcohol, boil black plum and cypress leaves in a soup and drink it. 4. Wulingzhi has the function of eliminating accumulation and killing insects. Children with indigestion or worm accumulation, damaged spleen and stomach, sallow face and thin body, big belly like a drum, vomiting and diarrhea, loss of appetite, and craving for foreign objects, are suffering from spleen malnutrition. You can use Wulingzhi together with Amomum villosum, Cardamom, malt, and Quisqualis chinensis to regulate the spleen and stomach, digest food and kill worms, such as Lingzhi Pills in "Zhengzhi Zhunsheng". If there is hot flashes due to malnutrition, and abdominal distension and burning sensation, you can take medicine to clear away malnutrition and heat. For example, "Quan You Xin Jian" uses this medicine and Coptis chinensis to grind into powder, and add pig bile to make pills for oral administration. Used for snake, scorpion and centipede bites. |
