How to exercise dull eyes

How to exercise dull eyes

Eyes are the primary source of vision. Through eyes, people can see all kinds of things. Of course, in addition to helping people see the world, eyes also largely determine whether a person is beautiful. If the eyes are dull, a person will naturally look ugly. However, dull eyes can be improved through certain methods, such as moisturizing the eyes, exercising the eye muscles, and doing eye protection exercises.

1. Moisturize your eyes

When you feel that you are overusing your eyes, you can roll your eyeballs to relieve eye fatigue. Frequent eye movement can stimulate the tear glands to secrete more tears, thus making dry eyes moist and smooth. Tears can also form a uniform thin film on the surface of the cornea, which can also protect the eyes.

2. Exercise your muscles

Maintaining the same movement for a long time will make the muscles around the eyes stiff, which is not conducive to the normal flow of blood and can easily cause phenomena such as eye congestion. At this time, rotating your eyeballs regularly can relax tense muscles and allow blood stasis to flow. Although these muscles are not big, they are extremely sensitive. Timely rotation of the eyeballs can keep them in a flexible state and better maintain the function of the eyes.

3. Eye protection exercises

Keep your head still and look your eyeballs upwards as far as possible in their eye sockets, then downwards. This counts as one time. Repeat 15 times in total. Tilt your head slightly to the left, first look sideways to the upper right with your eyes, then slowly turn them down and look sideways to the lower right. Do this 15 times in total.

Keep your head still and look your eyes upwards and downwards as far as possible in your eye sockets. Repeat this process 15 times.

Tilt your head slightly to the right, first look sideways to the upper left with your eyes, then slowly turn them down and look sideways to the lower left. Do this 15 times in total. Close your eyes and rotate your eyeballs in circles, first clockwise and then counterclockwise, 8 times each. Try not to squint.

Relax your eyes, close your eyelids slightly, keep your eyeballs still, and rest for 1 minute. This set of bodybuilding and eye-protecting exercises is not restricted by any conditions. It only takes 3 to 4 minutes to do once a morning. As long as you persist in doing it for half a month, you can significantly improve the beauty of your eyes, reduce eye fatigue, and make your eyes more alert.
