What is human convulsion?

In today's society, people's daily life is different from the past, and many habits are also different. Although everyone's material conditions have generally improved, as far as symptoms are concerned, they still affect our daily life. Many people will have tics, ranging from mild to severe. So, what is the disease of body tics?

1. Epilepsy: If tics occur repeatedly, epilepsy should be considered. Tics are one of the typical symptoms of epilepsy. This type of disease should not be underestimated. Epilepsy is caused by abnormal charging and discharging of brain neurons. Complications of brain trauma are one of the key factors causing epilepsy. Epilepsy must be treated reliably. Medication treatment must not only be taken for a long time but can only temporarily control the condition and cannot completely cure it. The key point is that therapeutic drugs are very harmful to various parts of the human body. We treat all of them with medication and look for the primary disease, which is curable. If you have epilepsy, you don't need to rush to seek medical treatment. You must go to a regular hospital for examination and diagnosis before treatment. Many people can recover by taking medicine consistently according to the doctor's orders.

2. Caused by high fever: Children will experience convulsions when they have a fever. The convulsion lasts for a relatively short time and recovers very quickly. Once the head disease is eliminated, the body will generally recover in about a week. If a woman has a high fever during pregnancy, or has dystocia, fetal asphyxia, cesarean section, or neonatal hyperbilirubinemia during delivery, it is likely to cause convulsions in the baby in the future.

3. Improper exercise: Sometimes tics may occur suddenly due to improper exercise. One side of the body may also twitch, a small part of the muscle may twitch continuously, the eyes may rotate, blink, or stare at a certain area for a few seconds or more than ten minutes. Some patients may have repeated attacks, and more serious cases may also have convulsions, which can last up to 30 minutes. Symptoms of convulsions sometimes include strong muscle contraction, head tilted back, body bent backward, eyes rolled up, and loss of consciousness.
