Nephrotic syndrome

Patients with nephrotic syndrome will have a large amount of proteinuria, so the intake of high-quality protein, such as milk, should be limited at this time. The daily intake for adults should be about 60g. There are two options: 1. Half a pound of milk in the morning, 1 ounce of lean meat and 2 egg whites at noon. 2. 2 egg whites for breakfast and 2 taels of lean meat for lunch. People without diabetes can increase their carbohydrate intake appropriately to ensure energy while taking into account fluid balance.
