Symptoms of seminal cystitis

Symptoms of seminal cystitis

Seminal vesiculitis is a relatively common men's disease. Seminal vesiculitis and prostatitis occur together, mostly due to retrograde infection. The causative bacteria are mostly Staphylococcus aureus, or hemolytic Streptococcus, etc. After suffering from seminal vesiculitis, it often causes pain in the perineum. In addition, the symptoms will be more obvious during ejaculation. In addition, it often causes various symptoms such as frequent urination and painful urination, which will cause hematospermia.

Symptoms of seminal cystitis

Seminal vesiculitis is one of the common infectious diseases in men. The age of onset is mostly between 20 and 40 years old. Hematospermia is the main clinical manifestation, but it can be divided into acute and chronic types. There are great individual differences and the clinical manifestations are not the same. 1. Acute pain may cause lower abdominal pain, involving the perineum and both sides of the groin. Chronic cases may cause dull pain in the suprapubic area and discomfort in the perineum. The pain symptoms are significantly worse during ejaculation. 2. Frequent urination, urgency, and pain in urination. Acute patients have obvious symptoms of urgency and pain in urination, and may also have difficulty urinating. Chronic symptoms include frequent urination, urgency, discomfort and burning sensation during urination.

3. Hematospermia is characterized by the discharge of bloody semen during ejaculation, and the semen is pink or red or contains blood clots. In acute cases, hematospermia is more obvious. 4. Other symptoms may include fever, chills, and shivering, which are systemic symptoms seen in acute seminal vesiculitis. Hematuria is also one of the manifestations of acute seminal vesiculitis. Painful ejaculation, low libido, nocturnal emission and premature ejaculation are common symptoms in chronic patients.

Treatment

(1) Choose appropriate antibiotics. Acute seminal vesiculitis should be treated until the symptoms disappear completely, and then continue to take the medicine for 1 to 2 weeks; chronic seminal vesiculitis needs to continue taking the medicine for more than 4 weeks to consolidate the therapeutic effect. According to our experience, the second-generation cephalosporin, Cialis, and the quinolone, Oxygen, have better effects when applied intravenously. (2) Local treatment of berberine ion penetration: use 20 ml of 1‰ berberine enema after defecation. Soak a gauze pad with this medicine and place it on the perineum. Connect it to the anode of the DC physiotherapy device and apply the cathode to the pubic bone. Repeat for 20 minutes each time, once a day, and one course of treatment is 10 times. Warm water sitz bath (water temperature 42℃) and hot compress on the perineum can improve local blood circulation and help reduce inflammation. Avoid sitting for long periods of time to prevent pelvic congestion. (3) Rest in bed and take laxatives to keep bowel movements smooth. (4) Avoid excessive sexual intercourse to reduce the degree of congestion in the sexual organs. Patients with chronic seminal vesiculitis can perform seminal vesiculitis and prostate massage regularly (1 to 2 times a week). One is to increase blood circulation to the prostate and seminal vesicles, and the other is to promote the excretion of inflammatory substances. (5) Maintain a regular lifestyle with a balance between work and rest, and avoid smoking, drinking, and spicy foods. (6) Do a good job in the patient's ideological work to eliminate the patient's concerns, especially the concerns of patients with hematospermia, and enhance their confidence in overcoming the disease. (7) For the treatment of hematospermia, diethylstilbestrol and diazepam can be taken orally for 2 to 3 weeks, which can usually stop the hematospermia.
