How to treat a lion on your head

Lice are a kind of parasite. In the past, when people had poor hygiene conditions, lice often appeared on their bodies, for example, lice often grew on the head, which is quite harmful to human health. They can suck human blood, transmit diseases, and cause unbearable itching on the skin. If you have lice on your hair, you must first thoroughly clean the skin and then use some lice treatment medicine to treat it.

How to treat a lion on your head

1. Hair

Shaving off all the hair that is infested with lice and then washing the skin thoroughly can completely remove the lice. When using drugs to kill lice in the hair, you should choose highly effective and low-toxic drugs, such as Miao Ren Tang biological spray. You can also wash your hair with 10% Stemona japonica decoction first, then wrap your hair with a towel soaked in the medicine overnight, and wash your hair with clean water the next morning. You can also wet your hair with 25% ethanol (alcohol) solution every week, and it will be effective after wiping it twice. When there are lice on the hair, dilute the medicine 100 times with water, take 30 to 50 ml of the diluted liquid to soak the hair, and wash the hair with clean water after half an hour. Do this for 3 consecutive days. If there are pubic lice on the pubic hair, you can apply 25% Stemona ethanol (alcohol) solution on it, or you can mix 10% acetic acid solution with an equal amount of kerosene and apply it.

2. Underwear and sheets

You can put these items in water and boil them for about 10 minutes. If the clothes (such as woolen clothes) are not resistant to moisture and heat, you can also dry clean them.

3. Outside the human body

You can add 4 ml of 50% DDT emulsion to 500 ml of water and then spray it on the surface. You can also use a brush dipped in 4 ml of 50% DDT emulsion and draw vertical and horizontal lines on the clothes and bedding infested with lice, with a distance of 10 cm (3 inches) between the lines. Then roll up or fold the clothes and bedding and leave them for 2 hours to kill the lice inside.

4. On the head

Lice head infestation is a condition in which lice infest your child's hair. The main symptoms are: itchy scalp, especially during strenuous exercise or when the head is heated. Inspection can reveal that there are tiny white, crystal-clear lice eggs densely attached to the roots of the hair. Unlike dandruff, it cannot be easily removed. Head lice is a contagious disease that is usually contracted by children through contact with a lice carrier. Lice are small insects that can fly onto other people's scalps through contact. Adult lice lay eggs at the roots of hair, which hatch into lice two weeks later. Lice live on hair and grow by biting the scalp and sucking human blood. When it bites the scalp, the child will experience an itchy sensation. Because lice cause itching and discomfort, and are highly contagious, they must be treated promptly.
