How to quickly cure back pain

How to quickly cure back pain

Lumbar friction, also known as lumbago, refers to sudden pain in the waist. The pain often persists and sometimes causes congestion and swelling, leading to limited movement of the waist. Generally, this kind of waist friction is related to normal waist strain. At this time, it is necessary to receive good treatment in time. Certain physical therapies can be used, and the effect is still good. For example, massage and hot compresses have certain therapeutic effects.

How to quickly cure back pain

Massage method: Those with a sprained waist should lie prone, and family members should use their palms to rub and press on both sides of the spine from top to bottom, and then massage down to the buttocks to the muscles under the thighs and behind the calves. After massaging several times, use the thumbs to massage and push the most painful area several times. Back-carrying method: Let the person with a sprained waist stand with his or her family member back to back. Both parties bend their elbows and hold each other. Then the family member lowers his or her head and bends over, carries the patient on his or her back and gently shakes him or her left and right. At the same time, let the patient kick his or her feet upwards. Put the patient down after about 3 to 5 minutes, rest for a few minutes, and then do it again. Generally, after reciting it a few times, the lower back pain will gradually improve. Then, recite it a few times a day until it is cured.

Hot compress method: Wrap heated salt or sand in a cloth bag and apply hot compress to the sprained area for half an hour each time, once in the morning and once in the evening. Be careful not to burn the skin. External application of medicine: Take fresh ginger, hollow out the inner layer, put the finely ground realgar into the ginger slices and cover tightly, put it on tiles to dry, bake the ginger until it turns old yellow, let it cool, grind it into fine powder, tear it on the wound-wetting plaster, apply it to the affected area, and remove the medicine when the pain stops.

Causes of waist grinding

(1) Lumbar sprain: Lumbar sprain is often caused by slipping, jumping, twisting the body, or running. It is usually caused by the strain on the muscles and ligaments, so the injury is relatively minor.

(2) Lumbar contusion and laceration: Lumbar contusion and laceration is a more serious injury. For example, when climbing, lifting, or carrying heavy objects, excessive force, incorrect posture, or improper coordination may cause damage and tearing of the lumbar muscle fascia, ligaments, intervertebral facet joints, and joint capsules.
