Lump in the right lower abdomen (A) Periappendiceal abscess is the main complication of acute appendicitis. (II) Tuberculosis of the ileocecal region (III) Crohn's disease (IV) Cecal cancer 6. Lower abdominal lumps (I) The main clinical manifestation of bladder tumor is hematuria, followed by frequent urination, dysuria and increased nocturia. (ii) Uterine tumors 1. Uterine fibroids Uterine fibroids are common benign tumors of the female reproductive system. Larger tumors often form lumps in the lower abdomen and may cause compression symptoms such as a feeling of heaviness in the pelvic area, frequent urination or urinary retention, constipation, and lower limb edema. 2.
