What is Insomnia and Dreamlessness?

Although the condition gradually improves with age, they tend to be overly thoughtful and anxious in adulthood. Once they are exposed to some traumatic stimulation similar to that in childhood, the childhood traumatic psychological reactions that were suppressed in the subconscious will reappear, and they will repeat the insomnia in childhood.

How to prevent insomnia

1. To prevent insomnia, we should pay attention to proper exercise. Many people think that if you suffer from insomnia, you should not do physical work. In fact, moderate physical activity is very beneficial. "If you use both the body and the brain, the spirit will be cured." This means that physical activity and mental activity should be compatible, and neither should be neglected, in order to maintain a strong physique and mental health. 2. To prevent insomnia, we also need to pay attention to some aspects of diet. Patients should avoid greasy food. Patients should eat a light diet, eat less seafood and delicacies, and add some whole grains. Especially the elderly, women over 50 years old, cadres, managers and wealthy people over 40 years old should pay special attention. 3. To prevent insomnia, the important issue we need to pay attention to is the regularity of living habits. Scientific living habits, it is best to go to bed before 10 o'clock and get up at 6 o'clock in the morning. This is the most natural sleeping time. It would be better if you sleep for a quarter to half an hour at noon.
