What is the disease of red spots on the palms of hands that tingle and itch?

There are red spots on the palms, and they are a little stinging, and symptoms of itching often occur. This may be caused by the patient suffering from dyshidrotic eczema. We know that the sweat glands in the hands and feet are relatively developed. If you do not pay attention to maintenance, it may easily cause dyshidrotic eczema, which is also a type of eczema. There are many causes for it, and it is related to the vigorous secretion of sweat glands. It is also closely related to the occurrence of allergies.

Etiology and pathology

There are actually many people suffering from dyshidrotic eczema. Most patients do not have obvious symptoms when they first get dyshidrotic eczema. They just feel a little itchy and do not pay much attention to it! But what I don’t understand more is why I get dyshidrotic eczema? The onset of dyshidrotic eczema is related to many factors, such as sweating of hands and feet, and mental factors such as mental stress, excessive fatigue, and depression, which are often important factors in the onset of dyshidrotic eczema.

Other conditions such as constipation, gastrointestinal dysfunction, etc. may also be related to the occurrence of dyshidrosis; it may also be an eruptive reaction to active fungal infection; contact with irritating objects, bacteria, food, drug allergies, personal constitution, etc. may also be related to the occurrence of dyshidrosis.

Diagnostic test for herpes zoster

The onset of dyshidrotic eczema is usually bilateral and symmetrical. A negative mycological examination is one of the important means of distinguishing tinea pedis from tinea pedis. The difference between dyshidrotic eczema and vesicular tinea pedis: 1. First of all, the causes of the disease are different. The cause of tinea pedis is clear, which is caused by fungal infection, while the cause of dyshidrotic eczema is unknown, which may be related to factors such as mental stress, excessive sweating of hands and feet, fungal infection and allergic reaction. 2. The onset sites are different. Tinea manuum mostly occurs on the palms, backs of hands, and thenar eminence, and is characterized by small blisters, redness, swelling, scaling, and intense itching. Dyshidrosis mostly occurs on the fingers, between the fingers, as well as on the palms, soles, and sides of the fingers (toes), and is characterized by small blisters, most of which have no internal solution. 3. Dyshidrotic eczema can heal itself, but there are also cases where tinea manuum occurs all year round, with the condition being less severe in winter and more common in summer. If dyshidrotic eczema is combined with fungal infection, it is quite difficult to identify, and experimental treatment can be given at this time.
