Anal prolapse, also known as anorectal prolapse, is a relatively serious anorectal disease with many causes. For example, hemorrhoids can easily cause such symptoms. When these symptoms appear, if they are serious, you must receive timely and effective treatment. The most common treatment method is laser therapy, which is very effective and has relatively few side effects. How to retract anal prolapse? There are many methods of laser treatment for anorectal prolapse, which can be classified into simple or complex techniques according to the location and degree of prolapse. Therefore, the patient must be examined before treatment. Incomplete prolapse is caused by the separation of the lower rectal mucosa and muscular layer and downward displacement to form wrinkles; Complete prolapse is mainly caused by the recto-vesical or rectouterine pouch being too deep to form a hernia sac. The intestinal loops compress the anterior wall of the rectum, causing it to protrude into the rectal ampulla and then out of the anus through the anal canal. Definitive examination is important for choosing treatment methods. Laser treatment is more effective during treatment. Laser treatment must be taken very seriously and the entire intestinal wall must not be damaged during the operation. The dangers of anorectal prolapseAnorectal prolapse, as an anorectal disease, has many harmful effects on human body and life, mainly the following four types: 1. In the early stage of anorectal prolapse, there are constipation, irregular bowel movements, and a constant feeling of fullness in the rectum and incomplete bowel movements. During bowel movements, a mass may come out but retract on its own. 2. After anorectal prolapse gradually worsens, in addition to being caused by forceful defecation, it can also be caused by coughing, walking, and other situations where slight abdominal pressure is applied. The prolapse often cannot retract on its own, and the prolapsed mass must be pushed back into the anus by hand. The mucus discharged due to frequent prolapse will often stain underwear. 3. When anorectal prolapse causes damage to the intestinal mucosa and ulcers occur, it can also cause bleeding and diarrhea. If the prolapsed tumor cannot retract, inflammation and swelling are likely to occur, which will cause pain and further aggravate constipation. 4. Anorectal prolapse repeatedly descends and retracts in the rectum, causing congestion and edema of the mucosa, and a large amount of mucus and bloody substances often flow out of the anus. Patients often feel heaviness and dragging in the pelvic and lumbosacral regions, dull pain in the perineum and posterior thighs, etc. In addition, if the anorectal prolapse is severe and long-term, it will cause pudendal nerve damage and produce anal incontinence, ulcers, perianal infection, rectal bleeding, and the risk of edema, stenosis and necrosis of the prolapsed intestinal segment. |
