1. This is a positive scratch-type urticaria. This disease is actually very common nowadays. Most people suffer from allergies. There are also many possible allergens, so how can we test them all? But there are also quite a few people who suffer from poor physical constitution. Don't think that having no hair and no disease means you have a good physical constitution. It's hard to say. Acute cases are easier to treat. If you don't have attacks every day, it's better to see a doctor immediately when you have the itchiness and get an injection or hang saline solution. It will be more effective if it becomes a chronic case.

2. Acute urticaria: The skin of the whole body often breaks out suddenly, with itching felt first, followed by the appearance of reddish or pale wheal-like rashes of varying sizes and shapes, with clear boundaries and severe itching. The wheals may be round, oval, isolated, scattered, or fused into patches. When the wheals are large, they may appear pale, with prominent pores on the surface, resembling orange peel. It can be localized or generalized throughout the body, disappearing without leaving any trace after a few minutes or hours. It can occur several times within a day, with constant itching. The skin will form lumps and patches after scratching, accompanied by a tingling or burning sensation. Severely ill patients may have symptoms of anaphylactic shock such as palpitations, irritability, nausea, vomiting, and even low blood pressure. Symptoms that disappear within a few days to 1-2 weeks are called acute urticaria.

3. Chronic urticaria: often recurs, recurring for more than 6 weeks, lingering and difficult to heal, with wheals increasing or decreasing in number and coming and going from time to time. Most of the time, the cause cannot be found, and those that are stubborn and difficult to treat are called chronic urticaria. In addition, there are some special types of urticaria. Such as: ① Skin scratching is also known as artificial urticaria. ② Angioedema is also known as giant urticaria. ③Compression urticaria. ④ Solar urticaria. ⑤Cold urticaria. ⑥ Cholestatic urticaria. ⑦ Serum sickness urticaria, etc.
