Shoulder Bursitis

Shoulder Bursitis

Shoulder bursitis is a very common disease in daily life. It not only causes great harm to the patient's physical health, but also seriously affects their normal life and work. Therefore, it is particularly important to understand relevant knowledge and find scientific and effective treatment methods. If you find any symptoms related to this disease, you need to seek medical treatment in time to recover your health as soon as possible.

Steps/Methods:

1 First of all, subacromial bursitis is an acute or chronic injury to the patient's shoulder. Over time, the inflammation will greatly stimulate the subacromial bursa, causing shoulder pain and limited movement as the main symptoms. Patients with subacromial bursitis are advised not to lift heavy objects.

2 Secondly, patients with subacromial bursitis usually feel a lot of pain, and sometimes they can't stand it when the disease occurs. They can take medicine to relieve the pain. If even taking medicine doesn't work for the patient, it is better to go to the hospital for a check-up and let the doctor treat the patient quickly according to his condition and recover as soon as possible.

3 Finally, patients with subacromial bursitis should also pay attention to their eating habits, drink more milk and boiled water, eat more fruits and vegetables, and supplement the protein, vitamins and other substances needed by the body. However, patients must not eat spicy foods such as chili peppers.

Note:

Patients with subacromial bursitis are advised to go to the hospital for examination and treatment in time, because this disease can last for a long time and is unbearable. It can also cause many other symptoms over time, so be sure not to do heavy work. Acromion bursitis is a common disease in our life. It mostly occurs when the shoulder is suddenly abducted and over-stretched, causing damage to the supraspinatus muscle, outer edge of the trapezius muscle and inner edge of the deltoid muscle. After the injury, the ligaments, bursae and muscles attached to the acromion will experience varying degrees of spasm. After acromion bursitis occurs, the pain will be aggravated when the shoulder is abducted due to the strong contraction of the supraspinatus and trapezius muscles. In severe cases, there will be varying degrees of limitation of joint movement during shoulder abduction and internal rotation, and the pain often prevents sleeping at night. This disease is sensitive to weather changes, and the symptoms will worsen or alleviate as the weather changes.
