As the saying goes, "Medicine is not as good as food, and food is not as good as sleep." After all, sleep is a good medicine for kidney health! People consume a lot of energy in labor, work, and study, which needs to be compensated not only by diet but also by sleep. The ancients had a saying that "taking a hundred tonics is not as good as sleeping alone", which means that a good night's sleep is worse than taking tonics.

When sleeping, your head should be to the north and your feet to the south. The human body is affected by the earth's magnetic field at all times and places, and the brain is also disturbed by the magnetic field during sleep. When people sleep, they should sleep with their head to the north and their feet to the south, so that the magnetic lines of force can pass through the body smoothly and minimize the interference of the earth's magnetic field.
