How to quickly reduce inflammation of gallstones

How to quickly reduce inflammation of gallstones

Gallstones are the direct cause of cholecystitis. Generally, lithotripsy is the fastest way to treat it, but it is expensive, so some people still choose conservative treatment with medication. After a routine surgery, you usually need to pay attention to hygiene and avoid stretching the wound to prevent inflammation or infection. Sometimes you will receive an IV drip in the hospital to reduce inflammation directly after the surgery. In other cases, you can just take some cephalosporin anti-inflammatory drugs after being discharged from the hospital.

1. If the gallstones are not large, it is recommended that you observe for the time being and do not undergo surgery. Of course, the gallbladder is prone to frequent inflammation due to the stimulation of gallstones. If you have gallstones, medication may not be very effective. In this case, you need to take medication or surgical treatment as prescribed by your doctor. In general, you can take choleretic and stone-removing tablets or anti-inflammatory amoxicillin capsules. Also, do not eat a high-fat diet. Symptomatic treatment is required.

2. Gallstones generally cause recurrent cholecystitis and abdominal pain. In this case, anti-inflammatory treatments can temporarily relieve the condition. If you want to completely treat gallstones, you need to undergo surgery to remove the gallbladder or stones. Otherwise, it is easy to get infected repeatedly. If the stone is very large and pain often occurs, it is recommended to have surgical treatment to cure it. If the symptoms are not very serious, pay attention to it in daily life, do not eat too greasy food, and take anti-inflammatory and choleretic tablets for symptomatic treatment.

3. The treatment of gallstones needs to be determined according to the size, number, and location of the stones. From a health perspective, surgical treatment is generally recommended. It is recommended to decide the treatment plan based on the condition and examination results. Surgical treatment is best. Laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery is generally recommended, and it is best to remove the gallbladder at the same time. At present, you should pay attention to your diet, focus on light and easily digestible food, avoid greasy and heavy food, avoid overeating, keep a good mood, and don't stay up late.

4. Considering that it is cholecystitis and gallstones, there is currently inflammation, and anti-inflammatory and symptomatic treatment can be given first. Generally, this situation can be treated symptomatically with levofloxacin, metronidazole, and anti-inflammatory and choleretic tablets, which may improve inflammation and avoid spicy, irritating foods and greasy, sweet foods.

5. In general, Chinese herbal medicine is recommended for cholecystitis to soothe the liver and gallbladder, regulate qi and remove dampness. For example: Shugan Lidan Decoction. It consists of bupleurum, white peony root, aurantium, costusroot, yanhusuo, toosendan fruit, capillaris, rhubarb (added later), centella asiatica, malt, and licorice. Usage: Decoction in water, 2 doses per day, 2 times a day. Usually, you should provide a rich variety of vitamins, and pay special attention to supplementing vitamins B and K. Avoid spicy food and alcohol.

6. In this case, you can take some liver and gallstone tablets orally, and some anti-inflammatory and choleretic tablets for conditioning and treatment. At the same time, pay attention to not eating greasy food, and maintain a good mood to promote recovery from the disease.
