Pay attention to oral hygiene: eat more fruits and vegetables containing vitamin C, and things rich in collagen and elastin, such as pig's trotters, fish, milk, beans, animal liver, lean meat, etc. Pay attention to personal hygiene and wash your hands frequently. Do this for 5-7 minutes. Practice 2-3 times a day, 15-30 minutes each time.

7. Strengthen exercise: White-collar workers should participate in more physical exercise to improve their body resistance.

Self-care methods for chronic pharyngitis:

1. Maintaining appropriate indoor temperature and humidity and fresh air are effective measures to prevent and treat chronic pharyngitis. Dry indoor air and excessive cooling, heating or humidity can affect the defense function of the pharyngeal mucosa, causing functional disorders and abnormal sensation in the pharynx, which can eventually lead to chronic pharyngitis. Rinse your mouth and brush your teeth in the morning, after meals and before going to bed to keep your mouth clean. At the same time, preventing and treating oral and nasal diseases and eliminating inflammatory lesions cannot be ignored in the prevention and treatment of pharyngitis.
