In this way, the entire pelvis will tilt forward, so that the body's gravity is evenly transmitted from the spine and pelvis to the lower limbs, and then from the lower limbs to the feet. At this time, the body's gravity line passes through the lumbar vertebral body or the back of the intervertebral disc, effectively preventing nucleus pulposus herniation. Incorrect standing posture always makes people hunch their chest and bend their neck, with shoulders drooping, which can easily compress the spine and peripheral nerves and affect the activities of the heart and lungs. If this continues for a long time, the chances of suffering from cervical and lumbar diseases such as cervical bone hyperplasia and intervertebral disc degeneration will be much higher, which is not conducive to physical beauty.
