Some people also call them "phytoestrogens" and can produce effects similar to estrogen. 2. Avoid eating hot and blood-clotting foods. For example, longan, red dates, donkey-hide gelatin, royal jelly, etc., although they are supplements beneficial to women's health, they are not suitable for patients undergoing uterine fibroids surgery.

3. Avoid eating irritating foods. After surgery, patients with uterine fibroids should avoid eating hot peppers, peppercorns, raw garlic, and frozen foods, and also quit drinking alcohol to prevent these irritating foods from hindering their recovery after surgery.
