What are the symptoms of pregnancy nausea

After pregnancy, a girl's psychology will undergo certain changes, and many people will experience nausea and vomiting, so we should take precautions against this, be aware of the symptoms, and avoid tension and anxiety. If girls experience nausea during pregnancy, they can relieve it through some dietary therapies, avoid spicy and greasy foods, and drink plenty of water. So, what are the symptoms of pregnancy nausea?

Sign 1: Amenorrhea. Amenorrhea is the earliest and most important "signal" of early pregnancy. Married women of childbearing age with normal menstrual cycles should consider the possibility of pregnancy if their period is overdue for more than 10 days.

Sign 2: Changes in appetite and early pregnancy reactions. Most women begin to experience changes in appetite 1 to 2 weeks after their period. The food you used to like, you no longer like now, or the food you ate once, you no longer like the second time. Some women even feel like not wanting to eat or vomiting, while others crave sour foods. Some women may experience dizziness, fatigue, drowsiness, increased salivation, loss of appetite, nausea and vomiting when they are one month pregnant. These are called early pregnancy reactions. Changes in appetite and the duration and symptoms of early pregnancy reactions vary from person to person, but most will disappear on their own around 12 weeks into pregnancy.

Sign three: Changes in basal body temperature. Women who have the habit of measuring their basal body temperature can use this to find out if they are pregnant. A woman's normal basal body temperature presents a bidirectional curve, that is, it is lower before ovulation and higher after ovulation. If the menstrual period does not come due, the body temperature rises and does not drop, and remains for more than 18 days, it means that you are pregnant. This is the typical body temperature change during one month of pregnancy.

Sign 4: Breast changes. During the first month of pregnancy, a woman's breasts will increase in size and become firmer and heavier. There will be a feeling of fullness and tingling in the breasts. The small particles on the dark yellow areola around the nipple are particularly prominent.

Sign 5: Frequent urination. Frequent urination is one of the common symptoms women experience during the first month of pregnancy. Some women can urinate once an hour. This is a natural phenomenon and does not require treatment.

Sign six: Mental fatigue. Generally, one month into pregnancy, many women will feel tired, listless and want to sleep. But this period will not last too long and will pass quickly.
