Apply a little force and press frequently to relieve low back pain. Because the Achilles tendon is connected to the meridians in the middle of our waist, massaging the Achilles tendon is also effective for our waist muscles. The strength of the massage should be enough to feel slight pain but still be tolerable. 5. Crawling to treat low back pain Patients can crawl forward, backward, and in circles in a straight line on the ground or bed, once in the morning and once in the evening for several days. The low back pain can be relieved. It is effective for lumbar muscle strain, sciatica, arthritis, and varicose veins of the lower limbs. This method may seem strange, but it works very well. If you choose this method, you can take some protective measures on your knees, or do it on a yoga mat or carpet. 7. Stretching to treat low back pain The patient lies prone on the bed, holding the head of the bed with both hands, and another person holds the patient's ankles and pulls them backwards.
