How to make hot pancakes with electric baking pan

Knead it into dough when the temperature drops to a level that you can start working on; 6. Roll it into pancakes of the desired size and fry them in a dry pan.

Ingredients: 200g flour, 80ml water, 10g Sichuan pepper, 10g Sichuan pepper, some five-spice powder, 0.25 tsp salt. Method: 1. Mix the dough with hot water from a water dispenser. 2. When it cools down a bit, knead it into dough with your hands. 3. Let it rest for 30 minutes. 4. Knead the dough until smooth. 5. Make the dough into small pieces. 6. Use a dense bag to crush Sichuan pepper (more) and Sichuan pepper (a few will do). 7. Brush oil on the thin surface, sprinkle with Sichuan pepper, five-spice powder and salt. 8. Roll it into a roll, cut into small pieces, and flatten it. 9. Use a dry noodle stick to roll it into thin pieces. 10. Fry it in a frying pan for 3 minutes. Brush some oil when it's a little dry.
