How to open up the bladder meridian

If this meridian is unobstructed, external cold will have difficulty invading, and internal toxins will be discharged in time, so what harm will there be to the body? Therefore, we must open up the bladder meridian. The so-called "opening up" means allowing more qi and blood to flow into this meridian. So, who supplies energy to the bladder meridian? Mainly the kidneys. The kidneys and bladder are exterior and interior to each other, and the bladder meridian is just a channel. It has no power to run by itself, and needs the support of kidney qi to complete the functions of keeping out the cold and detoxifying.

There are actually many ways to open up the bladder meridian, such as pinching the spine, scraping, cupping, and tapping the buttocks (if the bladder meridian is blocked, tapping the buttocks will be very painful). You can also use the base of your palm to rub from the cervical vertebrae to the coccyx. If the flesh is too thick, you can also use your elbows to rub.

It should be noted that the part of the bladder meridian on the leg is also very important. It can also be treated with scraping, cupping, kneading, tapping, or even fistulas with your hands, as long as it can be fully stimulated. You can also stretch your legs straight, bend over and touch the ground with your hands, bend backward and do sit-ups. There are also many yoga movements. As long as they can stimulate the lumbar spine and bladder meridian on the back of the thigh, you can use them.

The bladder meridian on the back of the thigh is not easy to tap, so you can use the "stretching tendons" method, which is to press the legs forward, backward, left and right, and feel the tendons on the back being stretched. You can also use the "scraping" method to effectively dredge the bladder meridian. Also, when you are taking a break at work, you can massage the back of your thighs more.

It is actually very uncertain what is the best method for detoxification. If scraping produces smooth results, the effect will be best. If you don't suffer from sha, but feel pain when massaging acupoints, massage will be most effective. If there is no sha and there is no pain when massaging the acupoints, cupping is effective. This depends on your personal physique.
