First of all, avoid wearing pants that are too tight or too dark in color. Keep your underwear dry and change sanitary napkins and underwear frequently during menstruation. At the same time, maintain a healthy sex life and clean the vagina every day, but washing with warm water is enough.

1. Wear cotton and breathable pants: Try to wear cotton and breathable underwear to keep dry. If you don’t have much secretion, try not to use sanitary pads. If you use them, you must change them frequently to avoid bacterial growth.

2. Normal and simple sexual life: Many types of vaginitis are transmitted through sexual behavior. If you have too many sexual partners, it is difficult to control whether you are infected. Therefore, as long as your sexual life is simple, the chance of contracting specific vaginitis will be greatly reduced.

3. Do not over-clean the vagina: Under normal circumstances, our vagina will maintain the balance of acidity and alkalinity by itself. Try not to clean the vagina with detergents or disinfectants, or even over-scrub it. This may not only destroy the balance of the vaginal environment, but may also cause vaginal damage. So just rinse it with warm water at ordinary times.

4. Do not abuse antibiotics: The use of antibiotics must be approved and prescribed by a doctor. Although antibiotics can kill bacteria, they will promote the growth of mold, so do not abuse antibiotics.

5. Eat less irritating food: Under normal circumstances, our natural immune system will automatically deal with these invading bacteria, so we should have a healthy and balanced diet and eat less irritating food to allow the immune system to function normally.

6. Keep a happy mood: Keeping a happy mood is also a good way to enhance immunity. In addition, your daily life and work schedule should be normal so that the immune system can function normally.
