What are the anti-allergic Chinese medicines?

Many people in life are prone to allergies because their constitution is prone to allergies. This is innate and cannot be changed. Therefore, in order to avoid allergic symptoms, you should stay away from allergens in time. When necessary, we should also make some anti-allergic preparations. So the question is, what are the most common anti-allergic Chinese medicines in life?

1. Purslane

Wash the skin with clean water, take a small part of purslane, mash it and apply it to the affected area; boil the rest of it in water and drink it; add some soy sauce, vinegar and sesame oil to the purslane and eat it.

2. Mugwort oil

Leaves of Artemisia selengensis, a plant of the Asteraceae family. Nature and flavor are bitter, pungent and warm. Enters the liver, spleen and kidney meridians. Functions: dispel cold, relieve pain, warm the meridians and stop bleeding. Modern reports show that mugwort oil has anti-allergic effects and is clinically used to treat allergic dermatitis.

3. Senecio

According to the size of the dermatitis area, take an appropriate amount of Senecio radiata (double the amount for fresh products), add water and boil for 15-30 minutes, wait for the liquid to be at a suitable temperature, fumigate first and then wash, apply once in the morning and evening each day, and it will be effective after 2-3 days of continuous use. People also use branches of "Ba Gan Chai" to boil liquid for fumigation and washing. The characteristic of Baganchai is that its bark is dry, rough and has edges.

4. Bingpengsan

First clean the affected area with saline solution, sprinkle an appropriate amount of Bingpengsan on the affected area after it dries, and cover it with vaseline gauze.

5. Sichuan pepper

Take 40 grams of Sichuan pepper and grind it into coarse powder. Add 2000 ml of water and soak it thoroughly. Then boil it and take the filtrate to wash after it cools slightly, soak the affected area. Once a day in the morning and evening, 30 minutes each time. During the treatment, soap and hot water bathing are prohibited, and fishy, greasy and spicy foods are avoided.

2. Causes of skin allergies

1. As we age, the skin's secretory function degenerates. As time goes by, the skin becomes thinner and its protective layer function weakens.

2. Long-term exposure to sunlight or air pollution, smoke, dust, ultraviolet light UVA and UVB, and infrared rays can damage the skin because the free ions they produce can destroy the skin's lipid protective layer.

3. Injury caused by inferior cosmetics or inappropriate drugs.

4. Physiological factors, stress, mental tension and depression will weaken the skin's natural resistance, causing its self-repair function to slow down. Such as endocrine disorders.

5. Weather. When facing weather changes, the skin also needs extra adaptation. For example, in cold weather, if the skin is not adequately moisturized, it will easily be damaged.

6. Additives. Ingredients in some skin care products, such as preservatives, dyes, emulsifiers and fragrances, may make the skin sensitive.
