Preparation method: Wash the coix seeds and lily with clean water, peel and wash the quail, wash and cut the lean meat into pieces, put appropriate amount of clean water in the pot, pour in the ingredients, start cooking over high heat, after the water boils, switch to low heat and simmer for about two hours.

Preparation method: Wash mulberry leaves and imperata roots. Soak the soybeans for a while and wash them. Wash the lean pork and cut into pieces. Boil water in a pot, add lean pork after the water boils and blanch to remove the blood.
