You can also insert your finger with a condom into the anus and massage the lump. ③ Every time toilet paper enters the anus, it will be very painful. At this time, you can gently circle the outside of the anus clockwise. When the pain is relieved, push your fingers inward to find the lump at the blocked vein inside and gently massage it. Don't be impatient and squeeze it hard. Just press and rub it gently each time. As long as you feel the lump soften and the pain is relieved, that's enough. ④ After massaging several times, do a few squats. The purpose of this is to enhance the overall blood flow around the anus. Relax your anus when you squat, and tighten your anus when you stand up! Do 5-10 times each time. ⑤After finishing the squat, return to step 5. ③Massage the lump where the vein is blocked. Stop massaging when you feel the pain relieved. * Note: Hemorrhoids are more serious when they first appear. You should go to the toilet and massage them every 1-2 hours a day. In addition, you should drink plenty of water, 1L in the morning and 1L in the afternoon. You should do squats in step ④ every half an hour.
