How to make shrimp and crab porridge

Delicious crab porridge

Ingredients: 1 crab, rice

Seasoning: shredded ginger, salt, white pepper

Method 1: After washing the rice, you can soak it for half an hour to shorten the cooking time, or you don't have to soak it.

2. To clean crabs: first clean the shell, then break open the crab shell and remove the mouth, stomach and gills. Cut crab into two halves.

3. Start cooking rice porridge. I use a casserole. When the rice grains become plump, you can turn off the heat, cover the pot and simmer for about 20 minutes. Boil it again and the rice grains will be in a blooming state.

4. Add crab pieces and shredded ginger. Simmer for about 5 more minutes and then turn off the heat. It is best to simmer for another 5 minutes.

Seafood Crab Porridge

Ingredients: 1 bowl of rice porridge, 1 hairy crab, 50 grams of squid, 50 grams of shrimp, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1 small piece of ginger, 1/2 tablespoon of cooking wine, 2 stalks of coriander, some vegetable oil, 1/2 teaspoon of white pepper. Method: 1. Clean the crab with a toothbrush, remove the gills, and cut into pieces for later use.

2. Remove the black lines from the shrimps and cut the squid into small pieces and marinate them with salt and cooking wine for 15 minutes respectively. Chop ginger into very thin strips and set aside.

3. Transfer the cooked porridge into a casserole, add some salt, a little vegetable oil, put in half of the shredded ginger and crabs and simmer for 15 minutes.

4. Then add shrimp and squid and simmer for about 5 minutes.

5. Add pepper powder, chopped coriander, and the remaining half of the shredded ginger. Stir well and enjoy!

Crab porridge

Ingredients: swimming crab, rice

Ingredients: ginger, shallot, lard, cooking wine, salt, sugar, chicken stock

Method 1. Put rice in a pressure cooker, add a handful of green onions, and press for 5 minutes.

2. Wash the crabs, cut into pieces, and cut the ginger into shreds.

3. Heat lard in a wok, fry ginger, crabs and crab shells over medium-low heat, and add a little cooking wine to remove the fishy smell. Turn off the heat after 2 minutes.

4. Place a casserole, put the rice and crab legs in the pressure cooker into the casserole and cook for 2-3 minutes, add appropriate amount of salt and sugar.

5. Finally, pour the fried crabs into the casserole and cook for about 4 minutes. Turn off the heat and add a little chicken essence. There are many ways to cook swimming crabs in the south, such as fried rice cake with crab, scrambled eggs with crab, and stewed crab with tender tofu.
