Beans: black beans, mung beans, red beans, peas, kidney beans, tofu and bamboo shoots, day lily, peanuts, cashews, sesame seeds

3) Foods containing 100-500 mg of purine per 100 g are high in purine, as follows:

Bean sprouts, bean sprouts, asparagus, cauliflower, seaweed, shiitake mushrooms, mullet, conger eel, animal offal, scallops, hairtail, sardines, oysters, chicken broth, meat broth
