When raw Atractylodes macrocephala is used for laxative purposes, 30 grams of decoction can be used per day, and it is often used together with Citrus aurantium.

Fried Atractylodes: Also known as roasted Atractylodes, first sprinkle one portion of bran in a hot pan, wait until smoke comes out, then pour in 10 portions of Atractylodes slices and stir-fry until light yellow, take out, sieve out the bran and let cool.
