Chinese medicine for anxiety

1. Liver depression transforms into fire: 12g each of gentian, scutellaria, gardenia, and oriental water plantain, 15g each of plantain seeds, lodestone, and dragon's tooth, 10g each of akebia, angelica, raw rehmannia, and bupleurum, and 6g of liquorice. Take it in decoction, 1 dose per day.

Internal disturbance caused by phlegm and heat: 12g each of Pinellia, dried tangerine peel, immature bitter orange, Coptis chinensis, Gardenia, and Rhizoma Anemarrhenae, 20g each of Poria, Dragon's Tooth, and Mother of Pearl, 15g each of Lily, Charred Crataegus, and Radish Seed. Take it in decoction, 1 dose per day.

3. Deficiency of both heart and spleen: 12g each of ginseng, polygala, longan meat, costus root, angelica, 15g each of atractylodes, poria, and spiny jujube seeds, 10g each of white peony root, donkey-hide gelatin (melted), and rehmannia, and 30g of astragalus. Take it in decoction, 1 dose per day.

4. Deficiency of heart and gallbladder qi: 12g each of ginseng, polygala, chuanxiong, 15g each of tuckahoe, poria, calamus, 20g of dragon tooth, 10g each of bupleurum, jujube seed, and anemarrhena. Take it in decoction, 1 dose per day.

The above are some methods of traditional Chinese medicine to treat anxiety disorder. After all, anxiety disorder is a mental illness.
