1. Cut the tenderloin into thin strips, add 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of dark soy sauce, and 1 teaspoon of cornstarch, mix well, and marinate for 20 minutes.

2. Heat oil in a pan, add shredded onion and ginger, stir-fry until fragrant, then pour in the marinated meat and stir-fry until it changes color and is cooked. Serve aside.

3. Cut the cucumber into shreds and set aside. Blanch the dried skinless rice noodles for about 10 minutes and then taste it. Take it out and soak it in cold water immediately. You can change the water several times.

4. Drain the soaked and cooled rice noodles, put them in a container, add cucumber shreds and fried pork shreds, mashed garlic, rice vinegar, salt, sugar, chili oil, sesame oil, and peanut powder and mix well.
