The patient has poor appetite, difficulty in digesting food, abdominal distension, tasteless mouth without thirst, pale complexion, fatigue, pale tongue, thin white fur, and weak pulse.

Incomplete digestion of food, reduced appetite, abdominal distension and discomfort after eating, and increased frequency of bowel movements after eating greasy food. The complexion is sallow, the spirit is tired, the tongue is pale with white coating, and the pulse is thready and weak.

(4) Spleen deficiency and bleeding: dark purple or even black blood in the stool, or hematuria, hematemesis, epistaxis and purple spots, fatigue, shortness of breath, low voice, pale face, dizziness, pale tongue, thin white fur, and weak pulse.

(5) Leukorrhea due to spleen deficiency: Leukorrhea is continuous, with large amount of light yellow or white color like mucus and saliva, and has no odor. The patient is also characterized by a light yellow complexion, mental fatigue, loss of appetite, back pain and abdominal distension, or swelling of the lower limbs and loose stools.
