How to do ear exercises

Ears allow us to hear the beautiful sounds of the world, but many friends often suffer from tinnitus. Chinese medicine believes that this condition can be alleviated by massaging various acupoints in the ear area. In fact, this is what we call ear health exercises. The most important thing is that there are many acupoints on the ear, so if you do ear health exercises regularly, it will have a certain health effect on the human body. So how to do ear health exercises?

1. Pinch the auricle with your palms facing the auricle. Rub it clockwise for 20 times, then counterclockwise for 20 times. Do it 3 times in the morning and evening. Do not use too much force when kneading, it is best to wait until both earlobes become congested and red.

2. Pinch the tragus. The tragus is also called the little ear. Use your thumb and index finger to continuously squeeze and relax the tragus. Do this for both tragus at the same time, 20 to 30 times each time. It is best to pinch until both tragus become warm.

3. Relax the auricles. With the palms of your hands facing the auricles, gently press towards the inner ear, then gently release your hands. Repeat this process, 3 to 5 minutes each time at the beginning, and then increase to 5 to 10 minutes, twice a day in the morning and evening.

4. Twist the ear and gently insert the index finger into the external ear canal, rotate it back and forth 20 times each. Apply force evenly and do not move too fast to avoid damaging the skin inside the ear. Do not do it with both ears at the same time, but alternate between left and right.

5. Pull the auricle. After getting up every day, use your right hand to pull the upper part of the left auricle from the head 20 times, and then use your left hand to pull the upper part of the right auricle 20 times.
