Immunoglobulin E

Immunoglobulin E

Immunoglobulin E actually belongs to a type of disease with eight chains and is an allotropic antibody in the body. Patients with such diseases mainly have allergic rhinitis, allergic asthma, and even the main antibodies that regulate the pathogenesis of some eczema. But how should we deal with this phenomenon?

Research on IgE found that immunoglobulin E is located in people's mast cells, alkali cells, and eosinophils. Many IgE receptors appeared on the surface of some macrophages. At this time, they were isolated from the sera of patients with different allergic diseases, including allergic asthma, and were sensitive to a variety of dust mites, pollens, molds and animal fur. These are all factors that cause the deficiency of immunoglobulin E.

There are five types of immunoglobulins, namely immunoglobulin G (IgG), immunoglobulin A (IgA), immunoglobulin M (IgM), immunoglobulin D (IgD) and immunoglobulin E. Their main function is to react immune to antigens and generate antigen-antibody complexes, thereby blocking the harm of pathogens to the body and making the pathogens lose their pathogenic effects. On the other hand, immunoglobulins sometimes play a pathogenic role.

Clinical allergic symptoms such as bronchospasm caused by pollen, systemic allergic reaction caused by penicillin, skin urticaria (commonly known as urticaria), etc. are all caused by immunoglobulin preparations that can enhance the body's antiviral ability and can be used as medicine. For example, injecting immunoglobulin preparations extracted from human serum or human placenta can prevent and treat infectious diseases such as measles and infectious hepatitis.

In our lives, after discovering the phenomenon of immunoglobulin E, if there is a deficiency in our body, it is recommended that people discover it in time and take symptomatic treatment measures in time. This is how we can ensure proper supplementation of immunoglobulin E. I hope we can understand this.
