How does traditional Chinese medicine treat pityriasis rosea? Treatment recommended by an old Chinese medicine practitioner

The best treatment for pityriasis rosea is traditional Chinese medicine, because Western medicine cannot cure pityriasis rosea completely, while traditional Chinese medicine can treat both the symptoms and the root cause, which is very good for completely curing pityriasis rosea. The following are the treatments for pityriasis rosea recommended by old Chinese medicine practitioners.

1. 20g of honeysuckle , 20g of forsythia, 10g of schizonepeta, 12g of cicada shell, 10g of scutellaria baicalensis, 10g of mung bean skin, 12g of bitter orange, and 10g of Sophora japonica flower. Take one dose daily, twice a day, morning and evening, after meals. It is suitable for the syndrome of wind-heat accumulation in the skin, with symptoms including sudden onset, light red macules covered with a small amount of scales, accompanied by irritability, thirst, dry stool, red tongue, thin yellow tongue coating, and floating and rapid pulse.

2. 20g of raw Rehmannia root , 20g of red peony root, 12g of peony bark, 20g of lithospermum officinale, 20g of Rehmannia root bark, 20g of Dictamni root bark, 12g of cicada shell, and 6g of Citrus aurantium. Take one dose daily, following the same guidelines as above. It is suitable for wind-heat and blood dryness syndrome, with symptoms including bright red or purple macules, more scales, severe itching, accompanied by scratches and blood crusts, red tongue with little coating, and stringy and rapid pulse.
