Hyperthyroidism is mainly an overactive thyroid gland. It is mainly an autoimmune disease. The clinical manifestation is not due to the thyroid gland but a syndrome. At the same time, there are symptoms of changes in thyroid cysts. In daily life, it is mainly manifested in some endocrine disorders and some normal metabolism. The clinical manifestations of the thyroid gland in daily life are mainly symptoms of heat intolerance, sweating, excitement and weight loss. Therefore, we must pay attention to good medical treatment in daily life, mainly internal medicine drug treatment and some radiology and surgical treatment. So in daily life, if such diseases are discovered in time, they must be treated in time. Dietary health care is also very critical. Hyperthyroidism (hyperthyroidism for short) refers to thyrotoxicosis caused by lesions of the thyroid gland itself. Its causes are mainly diffuse toxic goiter (Graves' disease), multinodular toxic goiter and autonomous hyperfunctioning thyroid adenoma (Plummer's disease). Endocrine disorders in women can also lead to hyperthyroidism. The diagnosis of typical cases is generally not difficult. In mild cases, or in elderly and children, the clinical manifestations are few and atypical, and the diagnosis often requires laboratory tests. (I) Clinical manifestations with diagnostic significance: Pay special attention to heat intolerance, sweating, agitation, hyperphagia with weight loss, tachycardia at rest, special eye signs, thyroid enlargement, etc. If vascular murmurs and tremors are found on the thyroid gland, they are more diagnostically significant. (II) Thyroid function test Under normal circumstances, the blood concentrations of T3, rT3 and T4 in patients with hyperthyroidism increase, and the increase of T3 is more obvious than that of T4. TSH lower than normal is only seen in more sensitive immunoradiometric assays. The cause of this disease is unknown, so the treatment without cause mainly controls the high metabolic syndrome. Reduce mental stress and other factors that are unfavorable to the disease. In the early stage of treatment, give proper rest and various supportive therapies, supplement enough calories and nutrients such as sugar, protein and various vitamins, etc., to correct the consumption caused by this disease. The basic methods to control the hyperthyroidism syndrome are: ① antithyroid drugs; ② radioactive isotope iodine; ③ surgery. Hyperthyroidism is a general term for diseases characterized by systemic hypermetabolism caused by the loss of the feedback control mechanism of normal thyroid secretion due to various reasons, resulting in an abnormal increase in circulating thyroxine. The above is an introduction to hyperthyroidism. If this type of disease is discovered in time, it must be treated in time. Diet and health care are also very critical. Eat more foods high in potassium, and also eat foods rich in calcium and phosphorus. At the same time, quit smoking and drinking, and eat less spicy and irritating foods. For preventive care, you must adjust your emotions and your mental state. |
