Small pimples on the back of the neck

Small pimples on the back of the neck

The phenomenon of small pimples on the neck is not common in daily life. Sometimes, even if such a phenomenon occurs, we don’t know what is going on. If small pimples grow on the back of the neck and are accompanied by itching symptoms, then it should be folliculitis, which is also a contagious disease. It should be treated in time. In life, you should also avoid spicy and irritating foods in time.

Once you find small pimples on the back of your neck, you should seek treatment. Many people don’t understand the symptoms of small pimples on their necks, let alone what is going on. Sometimes this delays timely treatment. Let’s understand what is going on with small pimples.

The growth of flesh lumps on the neck is generally a symptom of swollen lymph nodes caused by lymphadenitis. Lymph node pain is a symptom of lymphadenitis, medically known as swollen lymph nodes. Some chronic diseases, lumps on the neck will last for years or even decades without disappearing. If they are not effectively treated and controlled, the lumps in the lymph nodes may cause swelling of nearby lymph nodes and may even deteriorate into diseases such as lymphoma.

How to deal with pimples on the neck:

(1) Lymphatic inflammation relief patch: Pour a cup of hot water, place the bag on the cup mouth and use hot steam to fumigate for 2-3 minutes to warm and soften; after warming and softening, first wipe the application area with alcohol or ginger and then take out the plaster, quickly peel off the film on the surface of the plaster, and apply it directly to the affected lymph node. When applying the medicine, it is best to fix the edge of the plaster with medical tape to prevent it from getting stained on clothing due to frequent movement of the applied area. Each set can be applied for three days, and ten sets constitute a course of treatment. This plaster is prohibited for use by pregnant women.

(2) Let me introduce a folk remedy for treatment. It uses a grain called "Job's tears" which is sold in all larger supermarkets. Cook a bowl of it every day and treat it as a meal. If it tastes bland, add some sugar or something. You need to keep taking it for more than a month. There will be no response at the beginning, and there may be no effect after a month. Just keep taking it, and you will see the effect in about two months.

(3) How to cook barley porridge: Take about 100 grams of barley each time, wash it and soak it for 1 hour, then pour out the soaking water. Use a stainless steel spoon to crush the barley into small pieces (the smaller the better). Add water and cook for about half an hour. Cook it until it is similar to rice porridge. This saves time. In addition, because the barley is crushed first and then boiled, the essence of the barley is already in the porridge and can be absorbed faster after eating. Otherwise, if you cook it directly without a pressure cooker, it will be difficult to cook it even after 1 hour. (After crushing and adding water, it will become a milky gray juice with a little gray powder floating on it. Do not pour out the juice, cook it directly. When the water boils, the gray powder on the top will become foam, which can be scooped off with a spoon.) 1) In addition, patients should pay attention to labor protection and avoid trauma; 2) If there is skin damage, it should be treated in time to prevent the spread of infection; 3) If you suffer from tonsillitis, dental caries, or finger infection, you should take antibacterial and anti-inflammatory drugs in time;

4) Pay attention to physical exercise and strengthen your physical fitness; 5) The diet should be light and nutritionally balanced, and avoid spicy and irritating foods.

If you find small pimples on the back of your neck, you must seek treatment in time. Do not squeeze them. Apply some ointment frequently and wash them frequently with hot hands. The treatment effect is best in the early stages. Sometimes, if you wait until the symptoms are serious before seeking treatment, you will find after examination that you have missed the best time for treatment. Therefore, no matter what disease you have, the most important thing is to seek treatment in time.
