High globulin

High globulin

Globulin is mainly a simple sexual protein, just like globulin and some basic disease diagnosis. The globulin in life is generally insoluble in water. It is mainly classified by source into globulin from the blood of some healthy people and some globulin from the placenta blood. Therefore, it is very important to be within the normal value of globulin in daily life. When some other types of diseases occur, globulin will produce some high symptoms.

The main cause of the symptoms of high levels of globulin is liver disease. At the same time, some changes and other types of diseases may cause high levels of globulin, which may cause defects in some sexual functions and threaten human health.

α-globulin is produced by liver cells. When inflammation occurs in the liver, liver cells will die and α-globulin will increase. γ-globulin is produced by the human immune system. The longer the course of the disease and the more severe the symptoms, the higher the globulin level will be. In chronic hepatitis, both α-globulin and γ-globulin will increase, with γ-globulin increasing primarily. In fact, when the liver has chronic inflammation and there are bacteria or viruses in the body, the antigens produced by these pathogens can stimulate lymphocytes. When lymphocytes are activated, they can produce more antibodies. Because antibodies are produced by globulin, the question of what causes high globulin levels lies here. In chronic hepatitis B, there are many antigens (surface antigens, E antigens) in the serum of virus-infected people, which will stimulate lymphocytes to produce a small amount of antibodies (surface antibodies, E antibodies, etc.); in chronic hepatitis, the number of lymphocytes in the liver increases, and more antibodies are produced, which means that the liver function globulin is higher. If the hepatitis duration is longer or the lesions are more severe, or if there is mild cirrhosis, the spleen will be enlarged. The spleen contains a large number of lymphocytes and can produce a large amount of globulin. On the one hand, in cirrhosis, liver cells are destroyed in large numbers and replaced by fibrous tissue that does not produce albumin, so serum albumin will naturally decrease. On the other hand, when the liver is cirrhotic, the spleen is enlarged and a large number of lymphocytes in the spleen are stimulated by antigens to produce a large amount of liver function globulin, and the high level of serum liver function globulin will be very obvious. Therefore, when the globulin level is high, the albumin level is significantly reduced, and the albumin/globulin ratio is inverted during the examination, the possibility of liver cirrhosis is very high.

The above are common phenomena of high globulin levels. In daily life, liver disease may occur. At the same time, some changes and some other types of diseases may cause high globulin levels. It will mainly cause some defects in self-function and threaten human health. High globulin levels must be treated in time.
